Signal Trouble was presented as part of the international exhibition and symposium project, Now Is The Winter. Supported by generous grants from the Trust for Mutual Understanding, CEC Artslink and the New York State Council for the Humanities, this project included an exhibition and screening in Moscow, as well as an international symposium and screening program in Ithaca, NY.
